KMC Realty is currently looking for a commercial and residential real estate Sales Manager for its current open job position in Makati, Metro-Manila, Philippines.

• Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Excellent English speaker and writer
• Experience with both Filipino and foreign clients
• At least 2 years of commercial or residential lease or sales experience
• At least 1 year of sales management experience
• Contacts with either commercial or residential building admin and unit owners
